PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
The personal data that we need to process are necessary:
for the fulfillment of all legal (administrative, accounting and tax) and contractual obligations.
Furthermore, the Company would like to use your personal data to send you advertising, promotional and information material relating to the products and services that our Company is able to provide as well as any further commercial initiatives promoted by it.
LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING The legal bases of the processing are:
Legal obligation with reference to legislation such as tax legislation;
The contract with reference to the processing of personal data connected to the obligations based on the contract itself;
A legitimate interest with reference to direct marketing activity, i.e. the sending of newsletters or promotional flyers.
CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE PERSONAL DATA With regard to personal data relating to the execution of the contract of which you are a party or relating to the fulfillment of a regulatory obligation (for example the obligations related to the keeping of accounting and tax records), the failure to communicate personal data prevents the completion of the contractual relationship itself.

ENTITIES WITH WHOM WE WOULD LIKE TO SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA Your personal data will be treated strictly confidential; in particular, the following subjects may have access to your data:
Public bodies (e.g. tax offices);
Agencies for processing tax documents;
Credit institutions;
Companies of the group to which our company is part;
For the same purposes, personnel who within the aforementioned organizations operate in the accounting, administrative, commercial and marketing areas may have access to the data. The data controller will ask you for your consent to transfer your data to companies that belong to the same property as the hotel where you are a guest. PLACE OF TREATMENT
All treatments will be carried out in the European Economic Area. More specifically, the processing will mainly take place at the data controller’s premises and will be carried out by the same. Without prejudice to communications carried out in compliance with legal and contractual obligations, the personal data collected may be transferred to non-EU countries. In this case the Data Controller will ensure the adequacy, where possible, of the legislation in force in the destination countries. Failing this, the Data Controller may transfer your personal data only where it is strictly necessary for the execution of the existing contract, as provided for in the Art. 49 comm. 1 letter b).
DATA CONTROLLER
To the extent of their competence, external data controllers are appointed (expressed in a non-exhaustive manner), such as professionals or service companies for business administration and management who operate on behalf of our company. PROCESSING METHODS
The data processing is carried out through automated and non-automated tools, in accordance with the purposes indicated and in compliance with confidentiality requirements and the most suitable security measures. We also guarantee that, as required by art. 5 of the GDPR 679/2016, the personal data referable to you will be
treated:
in a lawful, correct and transparent manner;
collected for specified explicit and legitimate purposes
subsequently processed in a manner consistent with these purposes;
adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed; accurate and, if necessary, updated;
stored in a form that allows the identification of the interested parties;
processed in a manner that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection, m
eusing adequate technical and organizational measures, from unauthorized or unlawful processing and from accidental loss, destruction or damage.
DURATION OF DATA STORAGE
All data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are processed and for the further period required by current tax legislation. Except as provided above, processing for direct marketing purposes will be carried out as long as the Customer does not withdraw consent to this type of processing.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
The interested parties are granted the rights referred to in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 21 of the aforementioned EU Regulation and in particular:
the right of access, i.e. to know which personal data our company processes;
the right to request corrections of any errors and/or omissions;
the right to obtain the deletion of data;
the right to limit data processing;
the right of portability, i.e. the right to receive all personal data processed by our company in a structured and machine-readable format;
the right to object to the inclusion of any information.
